Bulkhead Ready For Fiberglass

I removed the braces and tape to reveal an amazingly good fit on each side. Wally had a look at it and pronounced it OK. I then sanded the filler ply and edges to get a smooth surface for fiberglassing. At 4 PM I decided to stop work and do the fiberglassing in the morning when I was fresh.

Maybe I was so relieved that the filling of the opening had gone so well that I wanted to celebrate. I went to the shop where Kerry provided me with a huge takeaway meal of brown rice, Italian sausage, and Pork. I the went to the cockpit, extended the table, and had the meal over a cold Heineken watching the sun go down and the many outrigger teams at their practice. I felt like a million dollars. Life could be worse.
