There is a great plugin (or addon) for Google Earth that shows ships and buoys within Pachuca's immediate vicinity. These passing ships and stationary buoys provide weather and sea condition information updated constantly (in realtime).
What this means is by knowing where Pachuca is, I can provide sea conditions to this Blog or Bob as long as Pachuca passes near a ship or buoy.

I hope to use this facility as much as possible. Here is the weather from the nearest buoy to Pachuca.
All the buoys near California also warn of tsumamis. That would be a really large wave for Robert to navigate!
