There is a hull under the 5-spreader mast shown in the first photo. If you enlarge the photo you'll see Pachuca's mast just to the right, with the radar dome, which does not even reach the second set of spreaders.
Janice of Wyoming is a 130-ft sail boat berthed at D Jetty around the corner from Pachuca. Have a close look at the up-shot of the mast and you'll see a radar scanner under each of the lower domes. A boat like that is so far out of my reality that I get a bigger thrill by looking at the Cheoy Lee ketch across from Pachuca (in the background). A pair of traditional gaff rigged boats also
caught my eye.
