Yes she has crossed the Equator.
The daily SMS did not arrive today but there was a phone call (very rare event). We learned that they are in the northern hemisphere, a little further west than they wanted to be though the wind is still basically satisfactory; it is no longer too hot; a bit of water is finding its way into the cabin through the roof ; they have plenty of fresh water; and they are eating well. Robert is now making bread every second day.
The location map will have to wait until the next SMS arrives with the noon co-ordinates.
From Stephen and Brenda
This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.
