This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.

Blog Cameras
For those interested, most of the photos in this blog have been taken with a 7.3 megapixel, 3 x optical zoom Fujifilm A700 camera. I have set the camera to take 4 megapixel photos to conserve space. Brenda's camera is a slightly more upmarket 7.1 megapixel 4 x optical zoom Cannon PowerShot A560, set to take 4.8 megapixel photos.
