This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.

Hi There!
This short message reminded me of trying out the Gravity Drop in Questacon last Friday...scary but exciting!!! (I went over for the week with with Esperance small schools senior kids.) Hope all is going well.
Hi
Lots of experience being gained - hopefully as you say, nothing too exciting, just enough to make it interesting but not heaven forbid, dangerous - but I'm sure the sailors are learning to cope with anything and everything, if they have to.
All the best
Coral
well done Pachuca, glad you built the DAN BOY but hope you never need to use it.
