Further down is Robert packing the spinnaker that had dried off on the lower level varanda of Dick's house.
The lower photo is of Pachuca at peace in Brickyard Cove. The city of San Francisco is in the background.

This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.

Congratulations! - well done and welcome to The Golden State. What great photos of the bridge. We once left SFO Bay on a cruise ship in heavy fog - but once the GGB emerged and we passed under, it was a incredible once in a lifetime experience! Enjoy your rest - well earned!!
PS---> HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!
Any thoughts how long you plan to stay in the Bay area? We might come down to see you and take in some of the sights...
Fantastic photos. Really entertaing. Thanks
