This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.

Tahiti Market
These are photos of the market at Tahiti on a quiet Sunday morning on a holiday weekend. Many of the stalls did not open and the market closed early. This is the place to go for fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and many other foods. There is also a lot of merchandise available. The place is large and modern, with escelators and an elevator.
