We motored the 21 mlles back to La Paz yesterday with no problem at all. There was very little wind and the sea was flat, allowing Pachuca to slice through the water very nicely at over 6 knots. We arrived at 2 PM then soon headed for The Dock cafe for cold refreshments and lunch.
The attached video is relatively large at 74 MB but for those who can spare the bandwidth it will give a good idea of how we motored about.
This blog began in late 2006 with the planning and preparation for a circumnavigation of the world in my 39-foot sail boat Pachuca. It then covered a successful 5-year circumnavigation that ended in April 2013. The blog now covers life with Pachuca back home in Australia.
